Acceptance and Scope
These terms apply to the website, checkout flow, subscription management portal, license verification APIs, and software access tied to your purchase.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the site, purchase a paid plan, or submit license verification requests through the service.
Additional terms from payment providers, app stores, or platform operators may also apply where relevant.

License and Acceptable Use
macXterm grants access to the software and paid features under the plan you purchase, subject to these terms.
- You may use macXterm for lawful personal or business workflows.
- You may not use the service to attack, disrupt, probe, or abuse the website, APIs, checkout flow, or subscription systems.
- You may not attempt to bypass plan restrictions, forge license verification requests, or interfere with rate limits or security controls.
- You remain responsible for how you use the software, including any infrastructure or third-party systems you connect to through it.
billing
Billing, Renewals, and License Delivery
Paid plans are processed through Stripe and activated through macXterm's licensing system.
Subscriptions
Yearly plans are recurring subscriptions and continue until canceled through Stripe or the billing portal.
Lifetime
Lifetime plans are one-time purchases that do not auto-renew.
License Keys
Paid access may be tied to an email address and a generated license key used for activation and verification.
Prices, billing intervals, taxes, and any plan-specific purchase conditions are the ones presented to you at checkout. If there is a conflict between this page and the live checkout page, the live checkout presentation controls for pricing and billing details.
Refund handling, if available, will be governed by the terms shown at checkout, payment processor requirements, and any rights required by applicable law. Refund questions can be sent to support@questfully.dev.

Availability, Updates, and Service Changes
The service will evolve, and some parts of the software or website may change over time.
We may modify features, pricing, infrastructure, rate limits, subscription verification logic, or website content as the product develops.
